General Information
ergo Epoxy Putties for Surface Repairs are
two-component epoxy adhesives containing metallic and
mineral fillers. The products are ideal for fast and
long-lasting repairs and bonding of various materials.
These adhesives on epoxy base offer versatile
applications and are helpful in mold and tool making as
well as with pilot series and pre-production models. The
cured product is suitable for machine finishing such as
milling, drilling, etc.
Applications
The applications for this product group are in
maintenance, repair and also in prototype construction.
The fillers and putties can be used for molding,
filling, plugging, coating and sealing and are the
preferred choice when the concerned parts are exposed to
heavy duty. Therefore typical applications are
corrections of casting faults, repairs of defect
metallic pipes and containers and the touching up of
damaged parts on shafts, bearings, housings, pumps,
propellers and many other parts.

General Information
ergo Anti Seize are technical lubricants
providing the best protection against corrosion, wear,
seizing and harsh environmental conditions. Rust is not
just annoying, it is expensive. Economic losses from
rust amount to billions of dollars and it is therefore
economical to protect components made of steel and other
metals against corrosion, seizing and wear.
Various factors lead to corrosion damage and risk of
seizing of machines and equipment especially under harsh
environmental influences such as:

- exposure to alkaline
and acidic cleaning materials

impacts

Anti Seize! The special composition and finest
particle size ensure the filling of the smallest surface
imperfection, because only a completely sealed surface
guarantees an effective protection against corrosion.
The product is temperature resistant from - 185 º C to
1,340 º C.
Furthermore it offers excellent thermal conductivity and
resists extreme compression loads (230 N/mm²). All of
this creates an effective protection against wear,
seizing, cold welding, oxidation, stick-slip phenomena
and fretting corrosion.
